Arrival/Departure
All Services Tremblant guests must first register to pick up the keys to the cottage or condo they have reserved. Upon departure the keys are returned to an employee of Services Tremblant.

Security deposit
An amount of $500 (cdn) is required as security deposit. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay after the inspection of the cottage or condo. We reserve the right to charge any amount in excess of the security deposit to cover the costs of damages or missing items even after your departure.

Care of the premises
At your arrival, the cottage or condo will be equipped with towels, linen, soap bars as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Additional cleaning costs may be charged to you if the premises are left in unreasonably messy conditions.

Number of guests
Each location can accommodate a maximum number of guests. Services Tremblant reserves the right to refuse or interrupt your stay if you do not respect this policy.

Limited responsibilities
Services Tremblant will not be responsible for temporary interruptions of hydro power, water, cable or satellite services.
